Searcy gives me a pit in the bottom of my stomach.  Like when you're preparing for something big and dreadful, or when you've eaten too much cheese.  That kind of pit

I don't think either of us can express it fully, but it was such an energizing/refreshing/rejuvinating week for both of us, too.

I'm glad you both got as much out of it as I did. Rejuvinating is definitely one of the better words to describe it.

PS I'm currently looking up spices online...I need more!!!
