as for losing weight.. well, just eat healthy (if you do eat at all) and do cardio before you do anything else (like sit-ups etc.) cause apparently if your heart rate isn't up than the muscle stays under the fat rather than burns fat
or well, that's what someone once told me..
but anyway im sure you can do it :) just get past this setback and i'm sure you'll reach your goal :D
