He's-- [ how do you describe the Doctor in a few words? ] He's my best friend. He's saved my life more often than I can count, and he's sort of an idiot and wonderful and the second best man I'll ever know.

[ If only you could see her waggle her eyebrows at you, Bucky. ] Do that.

He's going to ignore - for now - all of the parts of this list that have to do with kissing and weddings and begrudging and instead focus on the thing that seems to be catching for most people, because he can't fathom a situation in which it's necessary.]

They said you weren't real. 'course I bit them. [ Look, it makes sense.

Pause. Pause. Oh shit that is past his time. ] Yeah. Er. Timey-wimey stuff. Really, really timey-wimey. But. Yeah. I know her.

[...Riiiight.] Of course. Silly of me. Biting people definitely has that effect on people.

Timey-wimey, yeah. [He gets it. He knows he really shouldn't have asked to begin with, but the first and only time he met River only raised a few million more questions than it answered, and he still doesn't understand who she is, which is just the most gnawing thing ever.] She's okay though? The last time you saw her, I mean.

I only bit them after they said that. [ All the frowney faces at you.

Was she okay? Yeah. Sort of. Probably. The Doctor said she was, at any rate. That's always been good enough for Amy, but-- this is her child. Except not in any of the ways that matter, not anymore, because she was taken from her, and---- ] Yeah. She's fine.

Although, a space whale is just something that I'm finding kind of hard to accept at the moment.
