I hate this weather. I'm always so scared of having an accident like the one you had, where it's icy and I have no control at all. I'm glad that the guy was nice and not too much damage was done. I don't know if it's better to do it through insurance or not. Probably not, because even though it was minor, your insurance could go up because of it.
