i have a dilemma..

Short Term Memory Loss = i'm going to forget if i've taken my epilepsy pills or not =[

i take them tice daily so do you guys have any suggestions on what i can do to remind myself to take them and/or that i have already taken them?

Get one of those awesome AM/PM pill boxes! Or write yourself a note. And put the pills near something that you see a lot, like the computer, or...I put my pills by my contacts. That will help you remember that you have to take them too!
