Is there a way to easily download to my computer a video from youtube?

There's a Firefox add-on that does this. I don't remember the name of it, but poke around on some of the Firefox sites and you should be able to find out.

Once you download it, it will be in a flv format, which isn't the most useful. You'll need to get a media converter to change it to a more usable format. You can find a bunch of these for free on download.com. If I remember correctly, the one I use is WM Converter.
