Wow, that's a pretty intense connection you two share. Stuff like that make it seem like there are no such things as coincidences.

We joke that clearly we were just meant to be in one another's lives, but it's really strange, isn't it?

Maybe it isn't a joke. I've only had that connection with one guy I ever dated and I almost married him. I love hearing about "strange coincidences" like that too cause it shows I'm not the only one tripped out by them.
