I feel bad that I haven't had a chance to read my friends feed after adding approximately, um...a bajillion new people. I'm sorry. I read! I really do!
For me, I just felt really big, because I'd been significantly smaller my entire life. I had guys at work informing me that I looked pregnant ("just so you know," they'd say) and that sort of shit. I even had one guy lecture me about drinking soda one day, because I'm "not exactly thin." The only reason I was even drinking it was because we were out of water in the fridge and the stuff from the fountain/tap tastes kinda weird there. It was the first soda I'd had in weeks. Naturally, the dude who was saying all this had a big ol' beer belly...
Thank you! It really has definitely built up my confidence more--though actually! I think a big part of that is my dance-based exercise classes. They make me a little more sure of myself and my movements.
And no joke, those windchimes are straight out of an M. Night Shyamalan movie or something. Always, when you think you hear something in the other room when you're alone or see something out of the corner of your eye or just feel kinda jumpy for no real reason, that thing is there, ready to move in some draft you can't feel and chime just a little. It's so unsettling.

I LOLed at this line: "a windchime made of shells that makes sound only during the creepiest possible moments"!
