I actually did a mild double take over here at hearing her name so I'm not surprised you did!

I didn't realise she sent harrassing texts but anyone who would disapprove of someone contacting their children... yeah, not a good person to be around. I'm glad he's come to this decision.

Same here. You would think that would set off an immediate red flag! The texts were the last straw for me. My mom is so sweet and kind and the thought of someone saying awful things to her makes me so, so angry.

I'm not sure how I'd react to a call like that! It sounds good that he's not sticking with this woman, though.

I played it off nonchalantly, hoping if he saw it was no big deal, he'd understand that he can be more open with me in the future. And I'm so relieved, yeah. I don't even think my parents are (or should) get back together, but I'm so glad for everyone's sake that it sounds like this mean woman will be out of the picture.
