yeah i had to get zapped last year. My nerves are irritated, but not pinched. as for the sleeping with you arms straight thing - if you can get someone to bind up your arms with towels and fasten them with safety pins, it helps :)

or just as a general rule. if you can find some one to bind you up while you sleep... that's a keeper.
