My older sister has S.A.D. It really sucks. Is there any way you could get a sun lamp to help out? You might even be able to get your insurance to pay for it if you go to a Dr. and get officially diagnosed.

Well, the seasonal depression is caused by the sun not shining. The sun's UV light causes some chemical reaction in your body that makes you happy. (I forget all the technical stuff exactly.) A sun lamp works different from a regular light. It provides UV Rays just like the sun. People with S.A.D. sit in front of it once a day (usually in the morning) and that helps the depression.

i'm sorry honey. you should call me. seasonal depression blows a lot; i'm having the same urge that i have every year to get in my car and drive as far west as i can. if i had money i'd say we should plan a winter vacation to cali or somewhere. i hope you feel better <3
