Yes. I actually, yesterday, sat in the Easter Seals office and insisted on talking to someone about this situation. End result was the president of the company came to my apartment and did a lot of this stuff for me until about 1 in the morning, and insisted that this situation has to end and that I'd have to keep him honest if he screwed up. He got someone out here today (so I did eat today once at least, which is more than I can say for how I was by this time yesterday), and basically says there's no excuse for this situation. So things are hopefully moving. (I'm now very burned out, but yesterday's results were worth it.)

I hope your situation improves.
I think this is the only time I've seen someone say how you can know something but not be able to do it.
People generally think I'm lazy because of that.
