I don't think there are any places in Canada that will tattoo underage. I know they will pierce underage. I didn't get any tattoos in Canada. Just a bit of advice, I wanted alot of stuff when I was younger too but the only places who will do tattoos on you are more than likely not the greatest. If you are going to have a tattoo on your body for the rest of your life you should wait some time to make sure its something you want. I have six tattoos and sometimes I wish I didn't. Piercings also, its not safe to go to a place that will do shady business. You can get diseases from needles and infections. You should really go to a reputable place for anything like this. Trust me, I did what you want to do.
