So everythings going ok I suppose. I got a car. Its a nice light blue Toyota Corolla and it has a CD player and 4 very sweet bumper stickers on the back of it, one of which says "my other car is a pair of boots" which clearly expresses the fact that if it were possible, Id rather be backpacking again in Chile instead of driving a car. I like it.

I would like to do more service work that benefits other people besides the lazy ass americans...but a few are really trying i think- i hope. anyway, i hope that we can hang out sometime. you'll have to show me the bathing suit cover-up and headband you got for christmas.

As we've already discussed your utterly awesome car I shall not comment upon it further.
I do feel bad that I got the service award last year and hardly any of my service was even worthwhile. I mean, VBS. It's fun, the kids are cute, and yeah it's serving the church or whatever but it's not helping in the big scheme of things. I think the only worthwhile thing I feel good about was probably Nativity Academy. That's why this Multi-Cultural Dinner is cool, because it is mainly benefitting immigrants (Catholic Charities Migration and Refugee services). Now there's a worthwhile cause. So definitely get Taryn to bring you.
