She should actually get over it. It is in the past and there is nothing she can do about it. If she continues like this, she will become nothing but a shell of her former self, which will cause her death.

Life moves on...have her talk with your Prime to discuss this situation over. He might help.

Think about, what would a Decepticon most likely go after, a happy, active Autobot or one that is depress and not focus on their surroundings? You must let her see that this course of self-depression is not good for herself, and as well as the team. A chain is only as strong as the weakest link....
