Our society is fraught with delusional thinking. One of the big lies is that we should all be happy all the time, all pick ourselves up and keep going no matter what. Honestly, as long as you find yourself still breathing , there isn’t a choice. You wake up, and end-up doing something - even if it is just going back to sleep again.
