i had considered starting a new live journal for this, but that just seemed silly given the lack of action this journal's seen lately. i read recently (in people magazine of all places) about how small changes to your diet and lifestyle can have a significant effect on your weight. while i'm all for seeing the number on the scale drop, i'm more ( Read more... )

good for you! even though i've been trying to do the same thing (eating healthier, trying new things) it's still hard to break all the habits. like half and half in my coffee-- it's just too good! well, good luck to you :D
