My VHS Collection

I am such a pack rat. Not to a ridiculous level where I hoard trash or my apartment is filled with stacks of magazines. But I like to keep stuff around. Stuff that I may not ever really use or in this case, rewatch. I'm talking about my insane VHS collection. God forbid my VHS player decides to kick the bucket. I'm slowly starting the transfer over ( Read more... )

It's on torrent! That's where I got it. I'd say the majority of my list is on torrent...I remember double checking. The one I can't find is That Night. =( You'd think everything would be on torrent by now. Eddie is in Pet Sematary 2. I hope I was write about the torrent for that one. Used to watch his movies all the time. He was my movie buddy's crush. Brad was mine. And another friend's was Devon Sawa's. And they all ended up as addicts. =( We know how to pick 'em.

Yeah The Good Son got tossed. Not because I didn't like it, but because I figured I could go without until the urge strikes to watch it. It's probably on a streaming site somewhere. MUST SHOW TORRENT RESTRAINT.

LOL.

And yay MUST download this! I loved Brainscan...and omg Eddie was my crush. I've seen most of his stuff, even The Grass Harp...so FRAKIN HARD to sit through. Gah. And yes, he was buddies with Brad =( RIP. I liked his movies, too. Did you see the one he did with Jenna Malone, American Girl...or...American Family or something of the like? Good movie. Love my indie films.

Hah...you have a point. I think most of my favorites growing up are now addicts or former addicts....still love em though! Omg, Sawa lol. I know so many girls who loved him. I always went for the under dog. I was in love with Macaulay Culkin lol.

Murder By Numbers! Why do you have the Ring 2 but not the first? And wow I can't believe they were still making VHS when that came out. I saw it on my birthday. I saw the Skeleton Key when I was seeing family in California. They play it on TV sometimes. I watched it because I forgot what happened lol.

... I will finish this later. I wanted to post what I read of your list so far before I turn my puter off and loose your comment.

Yeah Goosehead in Murder By Numbers got tossed. But that's okay cause they still play that often on TV. Micheal Pitt > Goosehead. I have The Ring on DVD (one of my first? What was my first DVD?)...and then recorded Ring 2. I was late in the dump VHS and kept recording stuff off TV (possibly using tapes from the early 90's). I've always been a TV recorder and it wasn't until this new PC where I got a TV tuner and felt okay with recording via puter. Oh and the quality of torrent vids and DVD-R helped much. LOL this all sounds very neurotic doesn't it?

I should start keeping track of what I've watched out of any of this crap. Nicole should purge! Extra shelf space would be nice.
