I was sparring Beth last night and I punched her in the face, well I didn't mean to. So, she picked it up and backfisted me in the head, I leaned back and my knee cap popped off and then back on. It hurt like a MOTHER! So, I had to stop sparring, obviously, and there was a doctor sparring so he checked it out. Beth took me home and I'm supposed

The movie was awesome...my knee is still sore like crazy though. But, I'll be ok!!!
