I was blind for most of a day after one of my letters. Luckily a friend found me on the lawn and made sure I was okay. I've gotten in the habit of waiting until I had someone with me and a secure location.

Yeah, getting my Sight back was a lot more traumatic than the other things. The rest have been sneaky, but I'm not betting on that for the rest of them.

Hmm... it means I can read power-flows. Sometimes it's magic, sometimes it's ghosts, sometimes it's psychic activity. Most of what I can see since I got it back has been magical, though.

That-it doesn't happen like that at home. We study those Elements one at'a time-just one, it's not bad. Still gotta-have cover from a squad in case'a Bane jumps you though-

Okay, this is going to sound counter-intuitive, but go get a cup of coffee and add as much sugar as you can stand. Triple sugar usually works for me, and then go take a nap. It'll be about 20-30 minutes, and will help the painkillers. Or get a cola, since what you're looking for is the caffeine to work on the neurology and sugar to replenish the energy.
