My guess is that if they did bomb a town, it's one of the others that are supposedly nearby, on those signs. B-But we can never be too sure.

I oughta go an' check those road signs. Maybe there's a nearby town I'll recognize or somethin', 'cause I got no clue where Mayfield's 'sposed to be.

Well, there really isn't a town at all. There's just a bunch of houses lined up on the side of the freeway, yet no matter how hard you try to fly past them and everything, it won't ever work! [ ): She pouts here. ] The highway just keeps on stretching forever and ever and ever and ever.

Whaddya mean? I thought'a town was supposed to loop back if you tried leavin' city limits. It doesn't on'a highway?

No. The highway doesn't loop back. It just stretches forever. There really isn't a horizon either. The stuff that you see as you drive on the highway just continues and repeats itself, without any end in sight and then you suddenly end up back at the beginning of the highway where you have to choose between east and west. A little while back, a girl said that the highways were a simulation but I forgot why!!

Just don't go off the road, ever! [ because of the BEARS Balin the BEARS. ]

[In Wes's experience, random unexplained lightning is very seldom a good thing. Naturally, he goes to investigate. People shooting lightning is definitely not a good thing. He tries to stay silent, but can't quite keep his reaction from sneaking out]
