October Walking

I went for a walk this morning for the first time in ages. I think that will help with many many of my current issues (anxiety, stress, tightness). I started out my walk like I wanted to get it over with and grab a latte before starting my conference call about leveraging buyouts. Not good. It's about that time isn't it?

The description got to me too -- that all just sounded wonderful ... and familiar from when I was walking more. 'Made me realize how much I miss it.
