Man, I don't envy you new kids outside traveling in this weather... starting to not regret my choice to stay here and work in Cherrygrove.

It can be discouraging to start out in this weather, right?

But I'm looking forward to the storm ending. A sunny day after storms sounds like an appropriate way to start a journey.

How far is Cherrygrove from New Back town?

Yeah, seriously. It was sunny when I got here... it did rain eventually, but not like this. I'm glad I'm indoors.

It's... uh, lemme think. It took me about four days to get here, but I dawdled around a lot. Some people made it here in about three.

I would count on it taking longer if this storm keeps up, though.

Hnnnn. . .hopefully the weather clears soon. I've already come across a few promising bounties. I want to catch up with them as soon as possible!

[The video feed clicks on, showing a very wet and rained on Dai Gurren Dan leader looking actually, pretty amazed.]

Heh, water from the sky, huh? Oh yeah, must be that 'rain' stuff I was readin' about.

[Remembering why he turned the feed on, he turns his attention to the camera.]

Tch, ain't that bad.

You allergic to water, like Gurren is, kid?

[Mind you, he's got his back propped up against a large rock somewhere and his Poke'mon can be seen taking shelter in the huge collar of his cape. But otherwise, the trainer himself seems completely unfazed by any of this.]

[He stares in awe of this man and forgets that he's soaked or the hail pounding on the rusted roof, threatening the stability of his shelter.]

Rain... Storms... Cold... They're really not that bad.
It's the extreme heat that I don't like. That kind of weather you're experiencing is no problem, really.

You must be used to the cold! It sounds like the others aren't though.

The weather is cold and rainy in England too but I mostly stayed inside when it got like this.

Wow, you got some bad luck there.

Um but the storm is effecting everyone. It's just bad weather.

Yeah but your conditions sound worse, I'm in a town right now so I've just been waiting in the Pokemon center.

It's not so bad, Ma'm. If anyone has bad luck it's Mister James. He only has a tree.

I haven't left, either.

[Of course, that would be the case even if there weren't a storm.]

Do...Do they really want us to go around in bad weather? I don't like getting wet.

I guess so. I'm not allowed to go back in the house.

Where did you take shelter at?

usedhypervoice June 16 2010, 23:34:45 UTC
I sneaked back into the house.

[And under the bed.]

I wish I had thought of that now. Maybe I'll do that since. . .

[His gaze follows to a pile of rubble- the shed he was using as shelter until the wind tore it apart.]

(OOC: Fffff I love your Crona more than ever. I laughed.)
