What started as an evening of test shots and a few planned shots for a compositing project I’m working on ended up being almost 3 hours of fun playful shooting.

So when're you going to come shoot her?

She'll be at Alchemy too, so bring your camera.

I'm taking care of Kat's dad so I rarely ever get to leave the house, when we do it's late at night once he's in deep sleep.

Alchemy,I will be there and not working the gate this time so I might actually go play. The curse of working in events and clubs is I often feel strange if I'm not doing something. For quite some time if I was somewhere people seemed to want to tell me when something was wrong or where a spill was since they knew me in that sorta mode. I don't work everywhere, heh.

I would love to get in some shoot time with her then, she's one of the girls that dances in my head to get back to shooting again. Lot of art shows have asked me for stuff but I don't have anything new. I'm thinking of setting up something in the garage here, that way if I can't get out to shoot, then I can at least get some folks over to shoot. I'm looking forward to the Beautiful Darkness thing too, I got soooo many shots from SWTWC back in '04 and thats where I first sorta came on the scene as an artist. It really up'd my game.

I'm in a similar place with my health right now. Migraines are up to 3-4 times a week at this point. I can conserve my energy so I can work, or I can conserve my energy so I can play. Bills kind of dictate which one I choose.

My first Alchemy was the first burn, pagan festival, convention or major gather I'd ever been to where I wasn't working in some capacity. It was very surreal. I felt guilty and like a lazy layabout for most of the festival.

You may talk to her anyway. Nathan (her boyfriend) works 3rd shift so she's pretty much on a late night schedule herself. And the studio here's always available to you.

Just went and looked at the Beautiful Darkness thing on facebook. Holy shit dude.. Where do I sign up? ;)
