Considering the rain, I'm sure some of you are dealing with flooding already. Or leaking. Let us all hope this rain lets up soon or there is going to be serious property damage.

I am fine so far. We will see what the next few days hold. And I can swim well enough.

That is good. We are surviving, yes. The water creeps closer to the door, but it has not yet come in. And I have managed to secure most of the cloth and wool from the water. There is some that will need to be disposed of when the rain stops, but not as much as I had feared.

Can you swim well enough to teach the skill to another? It is only - Lord Saxon suggested it might prove a useful skill to have, and I know not how to swim at all.

I just hauled mine out into the wastelands. Easier than trying to dispose of it in the city, and if it doesn't wash away, it might end up serving as bait when I can go hunting again.

Of course I did. When flooding's not washing everything away, I have a trap line set up, and a smokehouse out back.

Well, the mutton sort of came easy two weeks ago. We got inundated with rainbow sheep.
