It is bad form to laugh at others' misfortune. But I can not help being a touch amused at the shear amount of panic I see broadcast around the network currently. So hard to be deprived of your crutches isn't it?

[He gives a soft laugh. It's not mocking, just amused.]

If you all hadn't panicked quite so publicly, would anyone have really

For many of those here their abilities are as natural as your senses. Blind and deafen yourself and you may feel a fraction of the loss some of those here are experiences. The 'panic' is not unwarranted.

You go, Cas coco.]

In that case I would not be announcing my sudden weakness and vulnerability so openly.

As most of these beings were more powerful than an average human to begin with, being brought to an even level is neither weakness nor vulnerability.

[Whether he's irritated by the loss or not, Nakago seems quite fine with the situation; apparently he's either normal himself, or has decided to roll with the punches.

Apparently.]

Oh, it would be noticed eventually.

Eventually, of course. But this current panic- Well, it just paints huge targets. I doubt most of these folk are without enemies...

From what I have seen, their enemies are equally hindered for the time being.

[This is an invitation to tell him whether this is correct.]

As far as I am aware, guns, knives and other weaponry still work.

[He has made no active enemies of any of the powered folk, but even if he had, that's not information he'd reveal.]

If it is bad form, why are you doing it anyways? For some of these people they were born with things, others it gave them back the lives they lost or the sight that was taken from them.

It isn't weak to be afraid when those things are ripped from you. They were reaching out to people, like anyone would when hurt. [Then he coughs but his voice remains strong.]

There's nothing here to be amused about. And laughing only puts people in danger when the event is over and the short tempered people get their powers back.

It would have been noticed either way. These things always are. That's just how it is.

Where I am from no one has such powers to rely on. You lose your limb or a sense or your life, there's no getting it back. So pardon me if I have a shortage of sympathy.

I wouldn't say it's weak, just foolish. A blind man does not scream to the world he is blind.

I have put only myself at risk via one tiny observation. I did not, say, make a song and dance number out of it...

I respect your lack of sympathy but, publicly broadcasting it comes across as rude and mocking.

The song and dance is disgusting. [He almost growls, but his tone is still level.]

I made one tiny comment that might possibly, if one is looking for attacks, be seen as mocking. If people wish to take me to task for it, well, so be it. I've harmed no one but myself.

For those of us who live our lives here in the constant shadow of those gifted with powers we could never imagine at home, I think the current reactions are honestly rather understated.

Some people just can't handle the pressure.

[He shakes his head and shrugs his shoulders like everyone in the world but him is an idiot.]

I wouldn't call it pressure...

[By now, Bubbles has been made aware of the difference in her appearance. Her eyes are now the same size as any other five-year-old little girl's. It's... pretty noticeable, Ray XD]

I think people would've noticed...

[Why is it always the child that strips his ability to say... anything? But, in proper Victorian fashion, best to just treat her as a small adult]

I was referring to the loss of... attack... powers. And defenses. Obviously physical changes would be obvious.
