Griswold v. Connecticut 1965 ruling that established a right to privacy, and a right to use contraception, paving the way for Roe v. Wade and Lawrence v. Texas which struck down sodomy laws.

In the eighth grade, we watched a pretty slow movie about Gideon Vs. Wainright - which guaranteed the defendant's right to legal counsel. I would have chosen Brown vs. TBoEm since i am from KS, but that was already taken.
