Remembering the last two days of 2004...
It started out an ok day. I woke up at 9AM to get ready and be at Lyra's house by 10AM. I called to wake her up, but she was still sleeping. 10AM rolls around and she is still asleep. I get ready and head over. I get there at around 11AM and she's STILL sleeping. I wait it out and finally she shows up and lets me in. We chill there till around 3PM cuz her dad decides to come home early. We leave and catch the bus to Main Street so that we can go to Ridgewood. The reason for this was because I was getting my eyebrow pierced that day and the place was by RedZone. So we go and finally get to the place, TRUE BLUE TATTOO. My friend Amanda said that it's a good place to go and that I could get a deal since she sent me.
We wait for Vinny the piercer to show and finally go in and I get it done. I got 2 piercings for only $30 and I didn't flinch one bit. It actually felt good to get pierced. It was funny though, cuz after it was all done and I haven't moved one bit, Vinny goes, "I'm just gunna spray some water to clean it up a bit more". I was cleaning my glasses and didn't hear him, so when he sprayed the water, I jumped cuz I didn't expect it. All that, and I jump over some water. lol.
The we headed to Queens Center Mall for some shopping. Stopped at Yellow Rat Bastard for a QUEENS hoodie I wanted, but I didn't have enough money. Then we went around to a bunch of stores Lyra wanted to hit up. She bought a bunch of stuff for herself (DVD's, a new jacket, and I think something else), we got some food, and we kept wandering. At around 9PM we left for home. We got back at around 10PM and I took her home.

The long awaited piercing. What you think?
Oh man, what a day. I woke up at around 3PM and sat around chillen and playin' PS2 till around 7PM. Lyra got out from work at 6:30PM and we both started getting ready around the same time. I went and picked her up and we drove to my friend Andrew's house in Douglaston. There, we met up with all my friends. Marty, Kieth, Chris, Steve, Greg, Marcel, Moshe, Andrew (who was throwin' the party), Rob, Tanya N., Phil, Troy, Brian, and a shit load of others. We had a fuckin' blast. We all ate, drank (yes even me, only because it was New Years Eve and I only break edge on New Years Eve), danced, and sang along to great music (Sublime, Saves The Day, Thursday, Green Day, and others). Andrew even put on Thrice - "To Awake And Avenge The Dead" on for me. I went NUTZ and started hXc dancin'. I got Phil, Andrew and Marty to join in and it was GREAT. Brain set up his dj equipment and played some nice hip-hop, rap, and techno for everyones enjoyment. It was THE BEST New Years party EVER.
