Sadness

I have two Flemish Giant rabbits . . . white and solid black. The white one, the female is named "Her Nibs". The black male is named "Tuck". My girlfriend takes care of them because I can't have them here. Tonight I learned that Nibs vanished two weeks ago. No one has seen her anywhere. NO BODY, NO TRACE! Tuck is all alone. Were the bunnies in an outdoor enclosure? Run outdoors? What is the circumstances of her disappearance?

In summer they had free run of the yards but they stayed close to where all the people were. They showed up every morning to get fed. Then she didn't one day.

Yeah, unfortunately free-range rabbits have a way of disappearing quite frequently if they're not kept tightly hutched when outdoors, especially (though not exclusively) at night.

I'm sorry that you lost your bunny, though. :{
