Tuesday we had such a great day at Ojo Caliente!   http://ojocalientesprings.com/resort.php

I've never been to the Springs when the mud bath was open. We baked like turtles. And I swam and swam in the chlorine-free cool pool, my first refreshing swim of the season. All the baths felt delicious and people were pleasant.

You would love it since it is ancient Native land, very New Mexico rocky terrain, there are great hiking trails all around and then you can go do the baths... It is very reasonable to stay a night at the historic hotel and get spa entry as well... A daytrip to Taos or Santa Fe is not too far, either. Plan a romantic trip with Marcel sometime!

I'm looking forward to finally spending quality time with him. Crossing my fingers that the restaurant will sell - it's the only way we're ever going on vacation :-)

little of this, little of that!~ I've been busy formulating in the studio, too, and have tons to catch up on! whew... And then there are these days like today where I can't quite get in the groove of any one thing and I'm drifting from thing to thing... working at dropping my compulsive ways :)

The Springs were wonderful. One of those purely delightful days! Kind of like it must be for you every time you go to the beach! Can't wait to go back... sooon...

Well, thank you.. Wouldn't that be fun?! They mostly just need a little consistency which may be hard to find since your such a busy person and a mom! Out in the AM, in at night,food, water, pick up eggs, clean up poop and enjoy watching their antics!
