About the last post--I should have said prompt fest, but it can also be considered a mini drabble thon. Whatever you want to call it, this is how it'll go--
Comment with a prompt or phrase (i.e. "pear", "the clock winds down", "strike", etc.). Someone, anyone, can then write something small based on that prompt and reply to your comment with what they wrote. Yes, you can reply to your own prompt, but anyone can comment to the same prompt a dozen times over if they like. Yes, you can give more than one prompt (separate comment, of course), respond to more than one prompt, and all that jazz.
If you think your prompt should be specifically about a character or pairing, put that character or pairing in paranthesis--but no one is tied down to anything, so remember that. :)
Enough of this! Drop a prompt, take up a prompt, and have fun!
eta: you should know--you don't need my permission to open up a thread like this, or anything like this. if it's fic related, go ahead! all of us can keep this community rolling! if you'd like, though, i'll open up one of these once every week!
