Wasn't I supposed to LOSE weight in Belize...?

I'm back in the States and saying that makes me feel SO British. All I can muster up to describe the way I feel is heavy. Today a trip to Wally world and working got me a little back into the routine of things, unfortunately. Last night was so strange though. Riding in my frosty, AC-ed car with my parents and watching all the lights and buildings

Everyone who writes in a livejournal is describing just how i feel about the trip. Nehe is right: it feels like our own little country. It was a culture shock coming back into the States, like you said. It's so weird. I think about being abck in Belize, how much we all miss it, how much I want to go back. Butm then I think, it wouldn't be the same if we weren't with all the same people. I know that's not why we were there, and I know that it's selfish to want to have it the same way again, but i can't help it.

The trip was awesome. It was awesome because it was a foreign country. It was awesome because we were stretched beyond our means. It was awesome because of God and the people there. It was also awesome because we were all there together.

Oh if I could live it again. :o) See you guys over the clouds and that beautiful circular rainbow we saw.

i miss it ash.
i miss seeing you be the first 2nd and 3rd one in the shower every day.
I miss laughing/ drowning in the river.
I miss our before bed prayer time.
I miss the belizians.
I miss aaliyah.
I miss being with you and the rest of the crew for 24/7 and never getting bored.
I love being here and feeling so foreign to america.
I wish that belize could have lasted for so much longer.
