i know it's silly...and i don't mean to be morbid, but i was thinking of gramma and i remembered this poem i wrote the week she died (one of the few rhyming poems i've dared to write - i'm generally not a big fan). it's a tribute and i loved her so much, so i thought i'd post. i always kind of hoped my mom or someone would put a melody to the words

that's beautiful. sometimes rhyming makes poems tedious, but you did it so gracefully. this poem really moves me. i've lost many people and it really touched my heart. if you're comfortable enough, perhaps you could show it to someone who also knew her, like your mom. i bet she (or whomever you show it to) would really appreciate it. :)

thank you, i'm glad it moved you. i showed it to my mom. she thought i should give it to my grandpa, but for some reason, i'm shy to show it to him...i don't want to hurt him and bring back the pain.

i doubt the pain ever really leaves. maybe show him when your grandmother comes up in conversation, when he's already thinking about her.

Hi, my name's Jenny. I saw your art work on jr__nal and I think your art is exquisite. I judt decided to take a look at your journal, and, to be blunt, I feel that there is something special here *cringes at her seemingly worsening abiity to articulate what she truly feel* I don't know you, yet I sense you have a beautiful soul. I hope that ddn't come across as weird, I mean it heartfelt honesty. Please may I add you? Feel free to take a look at my journal, although it is so very nsatisfactory at the moment, I'm hoping to create a new one and fill it with beautiful things, all the thing you say you love also in this journal. i've been a little frustrated with the jr__nal drama lately, so might not post there as frequently, but we'll see.
