Yesterday was my first day of the new semester. Today was the second, apparantly. Both uneventful.

Thursday!

It is absolutely gorgeous outside. It's fucking January and it's 62 degrees F on my back porch! I drank coffee and smoked cloves in the sunshine at Yellow Creek today. Monday.

Well, it's still Winter, but today it was 55 degrees outside. The sunshine totally reflected my mood, and the cool thing is, I would've been just as happy even if it had been 10 degrees and snowing. I would've been cold, but still happy.

I've seen Evan everyday since Thursday. I can even count today because he was here until 1:30 last night. When I have time I'll write about the best Christmas present he got me. Tuesday.

I was just reading a bunch of my old entries, from last winter. I always felt ugly in the winter, every year. I felt ugly and tired and wierd. This year I feel just the opposite. I don't really know what to say. I feel so bad that people I love dearly are unhappy, but for the first time in months I am happy. It seems like this always happens. I saw Ricky awhile ago. Penns Manor let out early one day and Ricky drove Keith home. It was not awkward. That was cool. We traded his guitar for my dremel tool.
