The One Where I Support Cedric Diggory
Okay I'm not going to really say much about the Goblet of Fire, cause I know there's some people out there who haven't seen it and want to... so I'm going to make an lj cut... continue to read if you want to...
So Friday night I saw the Goblet of Fire... when my sis and I got to the theatre it was packed. I was glad that I bought the tickets during my lunch break. When the movie started people started clapping, it was similar to the experience I had when I saw Revenge of the Sith, except it was with HP fanatics (such as myself).
I thought the movie was the best Harry Potter movie. They finally got it right!! After watching the movie I suddenly found myself attracted to the Weasley Twins... hahaha... I guess it was cause they were so funny. Especially the part when one of them asked Angelina out to the Yule Ball. But the hottest guy of them all was Cedric Diggory (Robert Pattinson). I even bought the "Support Cedric Diggory" shirt.. hahaha..
Towards the end of the movie was sad... I cried when Cedric died. I knew what was going to happen, but during the grave yard scene when they had just landed there and Harry was telling Cedric to take the cup, I was saying "Cedric just take the cup"... there was a light of hope in me that with some magical twist that Cedric would just take the cup, even though I knew that wouldn't happen. I gasped and started crying when he died. I lost it when Cedric's spirit came out and told Harry to take his body back to the father and when Amos saw his son dead.
I want to see it again... maybe this Thanksgiving weekend, if I have nothing better to do other than shop... I'll head over to the theatres to catch it again... I love Ralph Fiennes as Voldemort.
