As we learned later at his panel, Mark Pellegrino is a massive Rocky Horror fan. When we started doing songs from the soundtrack at karaoke night, he got... erm... enthusiastic. The whole group sang "Time Warp" and then:

Pellegrino: "Let's do more Rocky Horror! Do we have Sweet Transvestite?"
Cohen: "YES! Here I am!"

And then this happened.
