Golly, what's going on? Everyone's so talkative all of a sudden... And being all nice to each other, too. It's weird.

[ ooc -- Fred's free! Males only please, it'd break my brain to have her with a girl. ♥ ]

*voiced, this can't end well, !ic, still secretly thinks this is hilarious, +event!, new friends y/y?, so completely unsuspecting

I don't see how it is odd, perhaps they are finding the happiness they've desired.

[ooc: Sorry Fred, this guy is taken. So you'll have to find another dude. The mun just wanted to comment since she loves the character.]

But things like this don't just happen for no reason. If there's one thing I learned in L.A., it's that. There's always some silly demon curse or... or... Or really bad food poisoning!

[ ooc -- /gulp. really? ]

L.A.? Demon curse? Well, I can understand the bad food poisoning. But the others I'm a little confused about.

[ooc: Yes! And the series too, lol. Oh almost forgot, if Fred would know Chopin, she's free to say that she does.]

Los Angeles. It's this huge city in California... Which you also wouldn't know.

Demon curses are when you get cursed by some sort of demon. It's not fun, nope.

California... Where does this place exist?

Well honestly, I've heard folklore of such things as demon curses. However, I never knew or believed they existed.

In America. Earth?

You bet they exist. Lived in a dimension full of them for five years. Demons, not demon curses. Then when I got back to L.A. there were a bunch more just sitting there waiting for us.

I know Earth and America, Miss. I'm from Europe, France to be exact.

You lived in a world where demons existed? Most people would consider that to be the underworld or hell, but I don't quite think that is exactly the world or dimension you're describing.

Ooh, I know France! My Physics professor studied in France for a while. I mean, before Charles pushed him down the inter-dimensional rift.

And I lived in two worlds where demons existed. But Pylea just had the one kind of demon, and that was only temporary anyway. Most people would consider Pylea 'hell' though, if you're there for more than ten seconds. But there were all kinds of demons there on Earth, too. Angel himself was kinda a demon. Sorta. Well, partially.

Did he live in Paris? That is where I am from.

That's quite an experience to have. I had no idea America was filled with demons and activities of the netherworld. Now I begin to wonder why so many flocked to America, even musicians such as myself. It sounds rather dangerous from what you've said.

[France is totally forgotten now that they're talking about demons and stuff.]

But they're not just in America. They're everywhere. Angel says there were a whole bloodline of vampires, back in Europe.

Vampires in Europe? I haven't heard news of them nor even seen any. Then again, I take it these vampires would rather keep themselves hidden.

Of course. But I apologize, allow me to introduce myself. My name is Frederic Francois Chopin, a pleasure to meet you. May I have the honor of knowing your name?

Fred Burkle, at your service.

Chopin, Chopin... Golly, if I remember, there was some piano guy with that name, a long time ago. Mother used to try and play his songs, when she felt daring, but she wasn't too good.

I'm flattered to know your mother played my songs, Miss Burkle. Perhaps you would like me to tutor you when I am able to get a piano for my home? That is of course, if you'd love to learn piano.

What? Me? No no no, I've got two left hands. Or something else that's uncoordinated and not good at piano. I'm more of a... build-stuff kinda gal.
