You saw me walking?? What were you doing in Esquimalt at that hour? Wait, let me guess, returning home from the musical of death? That is crazy. Wait again! Were you standing outside the school when a backpack-clad figure almost walked past, change her mind abruptly and turned into the parking lot, avoiding eye contant with two figures loitering around the front steps because a) they were possiblly people one wouldn't want to meet at night and b) it was dark and she was not wearing her glasses and so could not be sure if she actually was making eye contact or not? I did that! As I was walking across the field it struck me that what one of the two figures was carrying was probably a case containing a musical instrument, that they were both probably awaiting rides after rehearsal, and that I most likely knew them both. I then felt slightly ashamed and silly. If that was not you, disregard all of this because you have no idea what I'm talking about.
And yes, yes we should! Grandosity is always welcome.

Why are you pondering a friendless life? I wouldn't reccomend it. It's lonely at the top. Hmm, what an innapropriate quote for this context.
