Thanks! The only Margaret Atwood I've read is The Handmaid's Tale, and I quite liked it. I shall give Oryx and Crake a shot.

Gabriella. That's Mr. Ferguson's wife. She's an artist and totally amazing.

I just finished 'Fall on Your Knees' my Anne Marie McDonald. It was amazing, beatiful, captivating and tragic. Also 'The Way the Crow Flies' by the same author is apparently goo too, altough I haven't had a chance to read it yet.

I hope life feels...better soon. At times there just isn't a point and I think in the culture we've all grown up in, that's a hard thing to understand or accept.

I heart you Alison =)

"A Prayer for Owen Meany" by John Irving.

I'm reading it for English class right now, and it's like 400 pages, but so good! It's one of those "can't put it down" books.

The Count of Monte Cristo
Possibly the best book ever written
In my opinion anyway
It's about 1500 words
But well worth it
Because it's awesome

The Scarlet Pimpernel's also fantastic too
Oooo, there's too many book that are good to name
But those are pretty much the two best

I second the Scarlet Pimpernel.

& Oryx & Crake.

& also her Blind Assassin.

&... anything by Joanne Harris. Especially Five Quarters of the Orange.

wooah Rachael Grant said I should read Five Quadrants of the Orange. With two trustworthy recommendations, I believe I must.
