It's been a banner week or two (or three or four...I don't write in here very often anymore, do I?) for Team Steffel. A few weeks back I received an immensely complicated letter from St. Kate's stating that I'd been waitlisted for Fall 2007 but accepted for Winter 2008. D: It feels so wrong that I'm looking at a movie conceived by Robert-fucking-Rodriguez and Quentin-motherfucking-Tarantino and can't get enthusiastic, but that's just the burden I carry with me these days. Have you seen it? Dost thou recommend it?

I have not, but I've always felt that the less anticipation you have for something, the better it is. I had no expectations for a Weezer concert a few years back and it was amazing - ditto with the Zodiac and V for Vendetta. I'd see it if you need some company and if you'd like to discuss the highpoints and lowpoints of the movie afterward over a beer or two
