Today I read in the Chicago Trib that a first grader from Chicago Heights passed out cocaine to his classmates thinking it was candy. Apparently he lives in a drug dealing home that had rock cocaine and they told him it was candy. Who tells their little kid that illegal drugs are candy! WTF.
