Resolution #2 (to get in better shape) is under way. The last two nights I have walked down to our fitness room and spent 15 minutes on an almost eliptical machine. Tonight I raised it by one level and remembered my iPod so it passed much more quickly

And by the way, I don't think I've told you that I'm really glad your getting to ride so much. It completely seems like its something you were meant to do and I know it really makes you happy.
