Folding at home on the PS3

I am amazed at what the PS3 is doing for the folding at home project. 20287 combined Playstation 3 consoles are folding proteins 3.23 times faster than 159499 combined Windows Computers. Sony for once has pulled a good publicity move.http://fah-web.stanford.edu/cgi

At the conference I went to in August, protein folding was all 'the thing.'

Meanwhile, the group I'm staying with actually burst into laughter when I showed them the stats of my 'supercomputer.'
