Because I have not eaten or slept in a good 30 hours, am copying this straight from the series of paper towels I wrote it on at work. I can only pray it makes sense.
Wanda: Hanging in there. Planning on having her get injured in the X-ATMO92 attack (which I will be tagging as soon as I'm somewhat conscious, and how sad is it that I know that thing's name without having to look it up?) but because I fail at organizing things beforehand, if anyone reading this wants to volunteer someone to pull her fat out of the fire and get her to the clinic, that would be awesome. In other news, her best friend on the island is disappearing (has disappeared? Manda?), making her the last of her 'old guard' of initial acquaintances. That, combined with her turning 40 back in August, is gonna start pushing her towards something of a mid-life crisis, so who knows where that's going to go. She can always use more friends, but she's doing alright. Expect some sort of EP from her within the next few days for robot spider aftermath stuff.
Nightmare Plot: No plans, unless someone wants to do something. Her nightmare would involve being possessed by Tanaraq again, so she could be a fun addition!
Sean: Has a million things going on at once, as usual. Between the mess with Terry, Meredith getting injured, having a chat with Mystique-in-Rogue (while he doesn't have all the facts and is too stubborn to outright ask anyone for them, he's sort of worked out that she had something to do with his death), and having two close friends disappear when that's something that's never really happened to him before (seriously, I don't think he's made a single new friend since his first couple of months on the island), he's really not in a good place. This actually opens up some interesting avenues for me, though, since short of something like Meredith disappearing, this isn't anything I really ever thought I'd have occasion to play with. Basically, Sean's going to be hitting the bottle pretty damn hard for the foreseeable future. To anyone with characters close to him, this is something your pup will notice, he's not very subtle about it. He's not going to let it interfere with any of the obligations he has (IPD, teaching), at least not unless it gets substantially worse, but he'll usually have a drink or two in him the large majority of the time. He won't be drunk all the time, just... drinking. I'm sure he'll come out of it eventually, but when or how is anyone's guess. I've long since stopped trying to figure out what'll happen to Sean next, since he always surprises me anyway. Add all that to his ongoing issues re: Meredith and marriage that I've really only touched the surface of so far (as long as she's the one who's unsure, he just honestly doesn't think about his own issues/realize he even has them). So yes, fun for everyone!
Nightmare Plot: I've tossed a couple of ideas around in my head, but with everything going on, I may just have him sit this one out, unless anyone's got other ideas?
Timeloop: This, however, is something I want to get on shortly. I'm thinking Hushplot (hi, Stef!), and while I haven't worked out all the logistics yet, at the very least I think it'll get him to try to clear the air with Terry, which will in turn make handling all the rest of his drama that much easier.
Felix: is Felix. There's never much more to say about him and I'm happy with that. Kate's disappearance hit him hard, but he's bouncing back like he always does. Always looking to throw him at whoever I can as well as the usual gang.
Nightmare Plot: Not on his own, but I'd love to have him join in on somebody else's if anyone would like to add heaps of filth and dirty laundry to theirs. :D
Remy: Is officially back on notice. I love him so much and I'm at least reasonably confident in my ability to play him, but he's got all this awesome plot and stuff that I am super excited for and passionate about and yet I just can never seem to work up the mojo to actually do any of it and it sucks and it's so unfair to everyone involved and I just. Ugh. I'll stick it out for the month, but if nothing changes, I think it's long past time to cut my losses.
Nightmare Plot: Yes, please! This is the sort of thing he was made for, so it seems like my best bet at a final chance to find my footing with him again. I seem to recall there were tentative plans for a big X-Men group nightmare? Clearly we should stick the whole thing in the middle of the Morlock Massacre? 8D
Future: Up next, Madelyne Pryor came out of freaking nowhere and jumped the queue because I'm crazy? And also apparently hell-bent on apping as many random corners of the X-verse as I can. She will be pre-Inferno and pre-crazy, and given who's all on the island, there's a whole lot that can be done with that. After her will depend on how secure I feel with my roster, but Amelia Earhart and May Parker (who I've finally settled on taking from the Earth X universe, because A) I love its complete insanity, B) it'll give her more issues to work through/plot right out of the gate, and C) she won't fall into the homesickness trap of missing her parents, making her more viable in the long-term) are still next, though there is at least one wild card waiting in the wings.
