Something that is hard to do but surprisingly not  as disastrous as you might imagine: Learning how to use an espresso machine while drinking gin and tonics at the same time. Some days it's hard to be anything but hyperaware that being alive is a really insane thing. And that everyone has their own intense worlds going on at the same time is almost incomprehensible.
