Yesterday was definitely high on emotion for me. I got a call from Michael saying that Mom went ahead and buried Gussie's ashes even though we agreed we would do it as a family. It's just that burying the ashes was supposed to be a kind of goodbye for me (because I wasn't there when he died) and now it's like my Mom has taken that away from me.
