Work in progress for
Pensive Bradley Just the other day I told
a-fallen-sister I was tired of portraits, never going to do them again, yaddy yaddy. Yet here I am, doing them, because portraits are a good way for me to practice a new medium without worrying about anatomy and perspective and stuff like that. Luckily the black sheep sister isn't the type to rag on me for what I do or say (or man, I'd be in trouble, the girl has so much ammunition on me).
The blue stuff is the masking fluid. Looks very creepy before it is finished! That is one of the reasons I hate people looking over my shoulder while I work. "Where are his eyebrows?" "Why is his hair blue?" ***slap***
