alright im sorry these recent entries have been redundant but you have NO IDEA how hard it is to ACTUALLY quit smoking. it's sooo hard. im surrounded by temptations. im not strong enough to stop most of them. i've had maybe 6 cigarettes since i've tried to quit smoking. i feel like a douche bag each time but it's sooo hard. graduating high school

dude, i have learned, it is impossible to quit smoking. do you know how many times i have quit, only to start back up again in no time? i mean its not IMPOSSIBLE. but you have to be ready. you cant just quit like that. when youre mentally ready to stop, then do it. cold turkey does NOT work. work your way down. its better and you have a better chance of permanently qutting.
