yeah i don't think you really need anything to get the emancipation thing, other then a signature, but you can also just trick them to sign it, say that it's a academic plan or somthing. you need to show the people that you're mature enough to take care of yourself, and that you're not just doing this out of anger or what not. also if you wanted to you could always try getting some grunt work for monies. if you don't have a job though then you really can't make that work, but there's always things you can do to help out with that situation. if that made sence, i just woke up, blaaah
