Is that Photoshop or is it exposure effects or what? Whatever it is, it's really cool.

It is a combination of two 30 second exposures plus manipulation.

One shote is where I fired the flash from the right and the other where I fired the flash from the left.

I combined the images with the lighter elements of each showing through, then I duplicated and negated one layer and combined them back with various manipulations.
